Cat Café di Chry was the first Cat Bar in Sardinia. They host six former stray cats that roam around the tables. There is also a special corner for taking and leaving used books.

2 Catmint Cat Café in Milan (permanently closed)
This cat café near the Politecnico di Milano (Polytechnic University of Milan) serves delicious scones, pancakes, waffles, bubble tea, frappes, and smoothies, while several resident cats are roaming the premises.

3 Crazy Cat Café in Milan
Crazy Cat Café in Milan was born out of a love for cats and an unforgettable experience in a ‘neko café’ in Osaka, Japan. It opened its doors in October 2015 and aims to recreate the intimate atmosphere of Japanese cat cafés, but adapted to the rhythms and lifestyle of Italians. The true owners of the café are the nine cats that live inside the establishment.

4 Gattò Bistrot in Portici
Gattò Bistrot is a cute but tiny cat café with five resident felines, located in the outskirts of Naples. All of the cats are former strays.

5 MiaGola Caffé in Turin (permanently closed)
MiaGola Caffè was the first of its kind in Italy. It has adopted six strays from the local shelter, and customers helped name the cats. Now, you can meet and cuddle with Fred, Romeo, Sissi, Magda, Barney, and Mia.
They’re actively involved in supporting cat adoptions and charities to care for stray cats. They have a vet available for advice, and the café exclusively serves vegan food.

6 Micibo Cat Café in Cagliari (Sardinia)
At Micibo Cat Café you can enjoy typical café services surrounded by eight cats, all of them adopted strays. Their names: Madiba, Ginger, Mina, Hobie, Etta, Freud, Gigi Riva, and John McEnroe.
The café is just a stone’s throw away from the Basilica of San Saturnino, known for hosting a feline colony for many years.

7 Morning Cat House in Rome
Morning Cat House in Rome is a place to enjoy a bubble tea in the company of four adopted cats. They have many board games as well as a 65-inch TV to watch shows or play games.

8 Neko Cat Café in Turin (permanently closed)
Neko Cat Café opened its doors on April 5, 2014. It has a wide menu selection, especially catering to vegetarians and vegans. The dishes are generally well-crafted dishes, with generous portions.
While the cats are obviously the center of attention, they are not allowed to stay in the dining area. The place has been well thought out to accomodate the cats, complete with a catwalk above your head.

9 Neko House in Vicenza
Neko House in Vicenza is the follow-up to Neko Cat Café Torino and has been in existence since December 2018. It serves vegan dishes and has outdoor seating and live music.
They have seven cats, which came from catteries, the streets, or unsuitable environments. But now they have found a warm home inside the cat café.
In order to visit Neko House, you must become a member. A member card costs 6 €, is reserved for adults and is valid until the end of the current year.

10 Nero Miciok in Palermo
Nero Miciok is the first cafe-bakery-bistro in Southern Italy, born out of a passion for cats. Perfectly cooked pizza, fatteh, and broth are among the dishes to be tried at this place. You can also order cheesecakes, tea, crepes, cappuccino, and even wine.
It’s easy to find this cafeteria due to the great location. And the resident cats are exactly what you need after a long day.
