These are all the cat cafés in Maryland

Affogatto in Baltimore
Affogatto opened in June 2025 in the historic Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore. It is not connected to affoGATO cat café in Cleveland, Ohio.
The café combines a front café space with a separate kitten lounge in the back, where you can meet and interact with adoptable shelter cats.
When you book a lounge session, you enter a calm, supervised kitten room where you can play, relax, and get to know the cats. If you connect with a kitten, you can begin the adoption process directly through the café following standard shelter procedures.
Affogatto is Baltimore’s first cat café with a dedicated kitten-adoption program, giving young rescue cats a chance to socialize while offering guests a cozy place to unwind. Expect a relaxed café atmosphere paired with a playful and heartwarming kitten experience, especially if you book ahead to secure your spot.
Children must be at least 3 years old to enter the cat lounge, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Address: Affogatto, 600 S Wolfe St, Baltimore, MD 21231, United States.
- Opening hours: Open daily from 07:00 am – 07:00 pm. Closed on Mondays.
- Price: $10 for 25 minutes.
- Reservations: The cat area is accessible by appointment only.

Feline Felons Cat Café in Waldorf
Feline Felons Cat Café in Waldorf, Maryland, is on a mission to rescue cats from shelters and find them loving homes. Sadly, many shelters become overcrowded, and without enough adopters, some cats face euthanasia.
At Feline Felons, these lucky rescues—affectionately called “kitty inmates”—get a second chance. With around 35 cats in their care at any time, the café provides a safe and comfortable space where they can socialize and meet potential adopters. If you or someone you know is looking to adopt, this is the perfect place to find a new furry friend.
Unlike many other cat cafés, Feline Felons welcomes visitors of all ages. However, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
They kindly ask that all visitors, especially children, follow the lounge rules—no running, yelling, or throwing items—to ensure a calm and safe environment for the cats. After all, they want the cats to feel comfortable and stress-free while they wait for their forever homes.
- Address: Feline Felons Cat Café, 24 Industrial Park Dr #1, Waldorf, MD 20602, United States.
- Opening hours: Open daily from 12:00 pm to 06:00 pm, except Fridays from 03:00 pm to 08:00 pm.
- Price: Visiting the café section is free. The cat lounge, however, costs $10.60 (tax included) for 30 minutes or $19.08 (tax included) for 1 hour on weekdays. Weekends are a bit more expensive: $15.90 (tax included) for 30 minutes or $26.50 (tax included) for 1 hour.
- Reservations: Walk-ins are welcome, but they highly recommend making a reservation to secure your spot, especially on weekends.
- Menu: Due to health regulations, Feline Felons does not prepare food or drinks on-site. However, they offer a variety of packaged snacks and beverages, including chips, cookies, candy, soda, iced tea, water, and Gatorade.
