If you are a cat lover like us, you must spend time in Warsaw, Poland, called Miau Grau. It’s one of the leading cat cafés in Poland, and we can see why!
The café is just a short bus ride of 14 minutes or a 24-minute walk from the Warsaw Central Train Station.
The Miau Grau cat café started with local crowdfunding and is now the home to four kitties. They are all unique, with two of them being Bengals. They were all very friendly, curious of us, and happy for attention at our table.
We absolutely loved eating here, with too much to choose from in terms of food and drink. They have the most delicious teas here, with spices and fruity combinations. They also have the most appealing combinations of eggs, cakes, pancakes, yogurts, toasties, and fresh options. We suggest coming for breakfast. The cats are, of course, not allowed to eat any of this. However, one apparently likes butter, so be careful it doesn’t surprise you and steal some.
After eating, find a board game from their collection. They have lots of kitty-inspired games for all ages. So, if it’s not too busy with visitors, you can stay and play for longer.
We did not book in advance during our visit, but we could have been lucky it was not too busy that day. We suggest making a reservation if you are visiting for only a few days and want to ensure you don’t miss out on the cats. Be aware, though, that children younger than 14 are not allowed inside.
